The speaker boxes are so hard to hear through but they seemed snappy about what I wanted. Someone came out and asked what happened and I explained and told them I just want a refund and asked him to throw the ice cream away. I waited 15 minutes and no one came back out. So I left. I had kids in the car getting upset and didn't have the time to wait.
This place has thieves working for them. I placed an online order and it was taken out of my account, I went to get it and they said I didn’t place the order. Do not waste your money here
Food is good if you get the correct order. They make a lot of mistakes. Check your order before leaving.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a sonic. Usually the service is top notch and the people are always courteous. During our order we asked a question and we were told too bad and that we should have came earlier. After the comment the associate continued to try to rush us and was very rude and disrespectful. The receipt says that Alexandra employee ID 10105 helped us and if this is how this employee treats customers then they should not be working there. Malachi delivered our order and was very respectful and understanding of the situation that they had thrown him into. He sympathized with us and apologized and we appreciate his service. As for the person who took our order should definitely do some self reflecting. We will not be back to this location for sure. (store 1865)
