I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal that included mashed potatoes with gravy, a biscuit, and a drink. Everything was delicious, especially the biscuit, which was fantastic. We opted for takeout for lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 and the service a 5 as well. I highly recommend the Mashed Potato Bowl, Original Recipe, and Fried Chicken!

Frustrated, I drove back again to return the bucket and ask for a refund. When I arrived, all the employees were gathered at the window while the manager remained in the back. The cashier handed me my refund without offering any apology. Having previously worked as a fast-food manager, I understand the challenges of the job, but I always treated customers with respect. If I were the owner of KFC, I would definitely address these significant customer service issues.
