Domino's Pizza - Fort Campbell

I love this Domino's! The food is always prepared quickly and cooked perfectly. The pizzas are also cut into actual slices, which is a plus. I highly recommend this place! 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

On Wednesday, the 13th, I placed an order for pickup through an associate. I called at 5:19 PM and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived at 5:46 PM, my order was not ready and I had to pay before it was even put in the oven. I paid for my order at 5:47 PM but did not receive it until 6:02 PM. It would have been helpful if they had informed me of the delay when I placed my order. While I was waiting, another customer also experienced the same issue and chose to cancel their order. This occurred at Domino's store #1420 in Fort Campbell, KY. The associates should notify customers of this new policy, especially on a military installation where time is crucial and there is limited time to eat before returning to training for another 8 hours.

The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty. Despite a delay in our order being prepared due to it being accidentally deleted, a staff member promptly refunded our money and quickly fixed our food. The meal was absolutely delicious!

Don't ask for extra toppings just wasting money if you order online. Did same order in person carry out

Pizza estimated to arrive at latest by 6:30. At 6:40, called and the manager 'Steven ' answers but didn 't take name and just says it 's out for delivery and hung up. 25 minutes late and still not here. Eta keeps changing in the app.
