Mcdonald's - Fort Bragg

Complained once for poor service, next time I went back my food was purposely mangled literally put condiments outside bun. Enjoy the complaint to corporate. Vindictive and racist is crazy

I went with our softball team to have lunch before our drive to point arena and there was a lot of people ordering and was told nobody could take our order we had to use the machine and then pay them ok. All orders were wrong and the food was cold in the middle of burgers and nuggets. The worst McDonald's ever. Your in Fort Bragg go somewhere else and eat. Fast food is expensive and to not get what you ordered and it cold is just wrong. We were going to eat in but it took so long we had to get it to go due to our game.

Horrible customer service. Ordered from the app in the drive thru. Drove a mile down the road and realized both sandwiches were wrong. One was missing cheese and the other was a completely wrong sandwich. Turned around, went inside, apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I could have the correct sandwich, (didn't mention the missing cheese sandwich).The employees seemed annoyed with me, they then got the manager, he wanted proof of receipt on my app bc he didnt believe me, aggressively took the wrong sandwich, gave me the correct sandwich, I thanked them, and shooed me away. Very comical and very unprofessional. Bizarre experience.

Don't like the computerized atmosphere. Bring back people. Won't go there again.

Worst McDonalds ever. Bad food, bad vibes, trash strewn everywhere — just a nightmare all around.
