Domino's Pizza - Fort Bragg

I faced multiple delays and interruptions before I was finally able to place my order, but it never arrived. When I tried to call back, I was put on hold for a long time. It seems like they're dealing with new staff.

I waited over two hours for my order after it was dispatched. When it finally arrived, the pizza was cold, and to make matters worse, they forgot half of my order. Domino's really needs to reconsider this location or hire an entirely new staff.

I had lunch at the Domino’s in the dining area, and I have to say, the bread bowl Chicken Alfredo I ordered was the best I’ve had in a long time. The quality of both the food and service surpassed my expectations, especially considering it’s a Domino’s located near other fast food restaurants.

On the front counter inside on 6:55pm. this young woman wanted my wife, with 2 small children, to go into the cold window just to ring our order of 1 personal pizza! as other workers said it was in order, they will ring them inside, they said that the lobby is not closed and fought with the other helpful workers. absolutely terrible customer service.

They're always prompt and polite. If they are out of something they are quick to call and apologize and replace it with something else. I love this Domino's!!
