Dunkin' - Fort Bliss

This place is toxic as hell worked there for a month and got fried for asking who’s gonna open the store something I wasn’t trained on the opens at 5am and the shift lead shows up at 6:10 she was late 4 times in a month I’m not the only one who complained about the shift but the only one who has spoke up on it the Gm care so much about her employees she fires them the coffee has a burnt taste the espresso machine gets cleaned once a week if that the toaster oven hasn’t been clean since I started coffee bean be expired the oven was never cleaned store has never been deep cleaned

Between OCT 2023-JAN 2024, the services were terrible and I wrote a bad review regarding the shift change from AAFES to corporate. I recognized there would be some growing pains, however, I was compelled to write a bad review considering how long nothing had improved. Currently, I happy to report those changes have been made. Improvements have been made and now I feel it would be appropriate to acknowledge such changes. The services are much smoother: The atmosphere is friendlier, and the orders come in an in orderly time, the drinks are on point, and personally, they have better drinks than Starbucks. Nice job to the employees that made the transition better.

Awkward experience. The head boss lady at the Fort Bliss location just humiliated a new employee for no reason at all and flirted uncomfortably with young soldiers. She is a nightmare.

Danielle at the Fort Bliss Dunkin Donuts provided excellent customer service! I was debating on returning since last week I had poor service and the quality of food/drink was terrible. Danielle was very professional and make sure everything provided was great quality for as listed on the menu. Thank you Danielle!!!

Beyond amazing customer service!! Every time I come in everyone is so welcoming smiling my drinks are always on point best Dunkin hands down! Thank you for you hard work Dunkin ft bliss
