B Social And Lanes - Fort Benton

During our visit to Fort Benton along the Lewis and Clark trail, we searched for a restaurant to enjoy a meal and a beer. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly by one of the owners, Julie. The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of locally crafted beer and also makes a delicious hot toddy. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning next summer!

This restaurant is unique, especially for the small town of Fort Benton. In a town with limited dining options, this restaurant doesn't particularly shine, as the pizza was just okay. However, what sets this place apart is the fact that it has a 5-lane bowling alley as part of the establishment. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures inside, but the bowling alley was dimly lit with no air conditioning. Despite the lackluster pizza, the concept of having a restaurant with a bar and bowling alley in a small town is quite interesting. The pizza was pricey and not very tasty, with a strong herb flavor that my daughters didn't like. Additionally, the pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza was placed under the cheese, preventing it from getting crispy. It may be an option if you're really hungry, but it was somewhat disappointing. We didn't bowl on this visit, but it looked like a fun activity. We plan to return next time to give the bowling alley a try.

Went to Fort Benton for our anniversary, such a pleasant experience all the way around! Stayed at the grand union, but decided to wonder into this wonderful bar, amazing food, friendly people, games, bowling, such a great atmosphere!

I dropped by this restaurant for a beer and a burger and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and delicious food. I was so impressed that I even paid the bill for 3 other patrons at the bar. The town was so welcoming! I will definitely be returning.
