I felt like a pig asking them for more and more scoops because they only give you a tiny bit per scoop. Leave me alone and give me a shovel to haul all the toppings I want on
Your shop smells horrific and your handles to the machines are sticky and gross. Your workers do NOT wear masks and NO GLOVES! I don’t know what is going on there but it’s super bad! I’m sure it hasn’t been health inspected in a long while. Very gross to say the least and your workers are terrible. No customer service, no cares, des not keep store clean, handles cups with no gloves, and no hand washing from money to cups to spoons to their personal phone which they are in constantly.

My family has been very careful about dining options during the pandemic—virtually all carry-out, with only a couple of dinners outside at restaurants with really good ventilation.Recently my daughters really wanted frozen yogurt. We decided to stop by Sweet Frog at Fort Belvoir to see if we thought the precautions were reasonable. The thought of “serve yourself” frozen yogurt and the toppings bar made me quite nervous, but I figured they had to have accommodations for all of that. The employees were fabulous! The moment we stepped in the door, we were kindly but firmly told to please not touch anything. They would take care of everything for us. The toppings bar was all wrapped in plastic film so that we couldn’t reach into (or cough or sneeze on) the toppings. When my daughter wanted to sample a new flavor, the employee made her a little sample cup. It was a little strange trying to figure out how to tell them “when” for how much yogurt and how much toppings we wanted, but the employees were clearly trying to give us only what we wanted and weren’t trying to “run up our bill.” I know this isn’t how the business model was designed, but they are doing a great job of trying to make the best of things, and I can’t say enough about how happy we were to have our delicious frozen yogurt!
We weren't very impressed with this froyo, right when you walk in the door there's a funky smell all throughout the building. We were not greeted at all and the worker frowned the entire time we were there. The yogurt wasn't bad but the fruit I got in mine was clearly very old and even tasted fermented. I wouldn't recommend this if you want fresh frozen yogurt.
