Hong Kong Express - Forsyth

I really wish they would allow us to call in our orders for pickup like they used to. The food is great, and I also miss being able to dine inside.

Still no inside seating place is really looking rundown. Credit card machine always seems broken always want cash. Gal too my $20.00 for a $11.85 transaction gave me .15 cents back I called her down on it she then gave me a 10.00 bill I in turn asked howmuch was meal ..9.85 ...11.85 ..wow I decided I'm not having anymore conversation

I encountered a very rude employee at the drive-thru window. When I tried to get her attention, she just turned and told me to hold on with a dismissive gesture. Her lack of politeness was disappointing, and her professionalism was lacking. I attempted to call and voice my concerns, but there were no managers available on weekends. This place definitely needs staff who are more respectful and courteous than what I experienced.

Only drive thru lil expensive but always seems fresh an great cashew chicken, egg rolls are awesome but small get plenty

The service was good, but my son was quite unhappy with his meal. He ordered beef lo mein and pepper steak, but he didn't like either dish, claiming they were not as good as they usually are. Despite this, I still enjoy dining at this restaurant.
