Stan's Fish And Chips - FORRESTFIELD

Tonight I have a Hawaiian package with regular fishing that were carried out for barramundi. the fish was delicious, moist and not oily on all chips were light and crisp with soft fluffy centers, and the pineapple ring was made perfect.

Really terrible. we had the barramundi, but it would not have answered what it was before its brutal transformation. it was flattened like a carving and then cooked for more than 20 minutes, so it was dry, hard and tasteless. I was sweating when we saw the bad evaluation that no one could screw up fish and chips that were bad. we should have read the reviews. it could take a while until we can get back to fish and chips. honestly, super market fish fingers and their bakery chips would gourmet in comparison.

We have been driving for years. the people are notorious to leave only reviews when they had a bad meal, and stan 's is not an exception and sometimes suffers from the bad public. we had delicious fish and chips of stan’s regularly about our time in the suburbs. the serviettes are generous (especially the fish) and always fresh and hot. my favorite is the kiwi hot dog. decent price (fish, chips and kiwi hot dog for about $15) we had 'bad' fish and chips of them twice in 6 years (oily over cooking fish) but in the rule they can not go wrong with stan 's. give them a jump, or go another as they just recently re-open their doors in a new location (not far...more...

The absolute worst fish and chips I have ever had. They must be using some kind of healthy oil and batter as it was all dry, hard and tasteless. I have never had such dry fish and chips in my life! The chips were dry and hard. No matter how much salt I put on they were tasteless The fish was long, but very thin and I had to use 2 hands to break the hard, dry batter. In the couple of places where the fish wasn't paper-thin it tasted nice The potato scallops were like half a boiled potato, dipped in milk and overcooked.
