Wendy's - Forrest City

People are very nice here. I have my food exactly as I wanted, except for the newspaper in my sandwich. It's an honest mistake. I'm glad I caught it before I ate it.

Women's rest room was closed. Hamburger was dry. Seemed like it was made earlier and reheated. Two roaches dead on floor in front of counter, 1 in front of me 1 3ft to left. Floor slippery , possibly from scrub with greasy water. This was Wendy's exit 239 off interstate 40 Arkansas

Nasty, bathroom door had no lock, workers had long hair hanging everywhere. Smelled, food nasty. Probably ganna be sick tomorrow.

When you order a combo and it looks nothing like the picture..the burger wasent even warm mabey room temperature no lettuce no tomatoes 2 crumbs of bacon and 2 pickles 2 strings of onions but it has extra sauce on there...
