Kfc - Forrest City

First, they made me wait at the drive-thru speaker for 7 minutes, I order a 4 piece chicken strip meal, they said it would be 3 minutes. I waited there for almost 15 minutes, they had like 6 or 7 people up in there doing nothing but playing on their phones, i saw 6 people fly by me with their orders before i saw someone come out with mine, then they forgot the sauce i told them to grab.. i mean come on, it's not rocket science.. worst KFC ever. Don't go here. Terrible KFC and slow service.

Quick pick up is a lie. They locked the door in my face when I went o get my food. I waited in the drive through for another 35 minutes, still no food and no refund.

Check their eating before they leave the drive because they always let them wait! not the most beautiful service!

Really fast and delicious. We drove away from what I could see if the inside, it was the cleanest KFC I've ever seen.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! But you fix that by not supporting them any longer.....Prices way too high for your team to a. Leave out parts of order (I got a 7 piece which suppose to 8 and no biscuits) called about the biscuits because I didn't know about the chicken and I was literally hung up on 9 times....you ask for supervisors phone number....you get hung up on then told the phones don't really work....well I don't know why they don't a 8 piece meal and 6 wings is $35 so your phones should work really well if you have 10 customers a day lol!! #kfc is a joke #just DONT do it
