Liked very good risotto funghi, gnocchi. Nice personnel, quick service. Aperol spritz was excellent. Saturday was apres ski party.

A small but fun little bar and snack restaurant located conveniently at the base of the beginner/intermediate slopes. Fun for all the family! Great service, and a fascinating selction of locally produced flavored grappas to choose from.

This is a very particular restaurant. If you are in Carnia, do not miss it, otherwise you will miss a piece of Italy (of the good one)! In kitchen you will find Monica, the chef. You will enjoy her superb dishes and the beautiful environment of Forni di Sopra. The restaurant is at the bottom of a sky run, just 20 meters from the end! It's fantastic during winter and awesome during summer! Monica cooks everyday a lot of cakes made with fruits. I suggest you to try all of them (everyday she cooks a different type of cake). Superb!

Our holidays in Forni di sopra became ultimate survival. It 's impossible to find very good food. We visited Monica and were very suprised (positive). It 's not a Michelin star cuisine, but they are tasty and simple meals on budget pricing. Zwar bar became our favourite restaurant and on our opinion they serve the best food in Forni. We eat pasta on two different ways and both was tasty. As I said, nothing very special, but marvel in Forni di sopra. Before visiting Monica, wife said: Bear Grillys has worms, but we don 't!
