Gretel Factory - FORMIA

We visited the Gretel outlet in Panorama Commercial Centre. The gelato was superb and I would go back for more. However the Bubble Tea was a disappointment. It was not made with black tea milk and it didn’t have the tapioca balls (boba). Instead it was a strawberry/rasberry flavoured drink with some funny taste ‘pop in the mouth’ balls. Hope this can be improved in the future.

This was on our list to do while in Formia and we were not disappointed. I had a regular cone with salty pistachios and Cicero's cream while my friend had one with strawberry and peach. They tasted heavenly. The ice cream at Gretel is made from locally sourced natural top ingredients. Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. This establishment features some interior seating as well as nice backyard garden tables. and a parking area. A must-visit if you are in Formia.

Don't miss this place. You'll get only natural based ice cream, made of local ingredients. Salty pistacchio was just amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Moreover also the prices are absolutely OK for the quality you receive! Enjoy :

Ice cream at bergamot and pepper is a berry. Prices on average despite being famous. Once there were much longer waiting times.

Excellent ice cream, from the tastes clearly and distinguishable. We chose two fruit-based cups, and we felt all the flavor of the fruits used. Friendly and kind staff. Recommended.
