My husband isn't a pizza person but He loves their Spaghetti and Meatballs and I have Alway's very much enjoyed their pizza so for a meal out it is a win, win. However, this last weekend we were up for a visit and went to Pacific Pizza for dinner. We walked in to order and were the only one's at the order counter but lots of dirty tables so you could see they had been busy. We were told that it would be a 45 minute wait to get our dinner and agreed we were willing to wait so we ordered our meal's and found a clean table to wait. They did have a lot of people in and out picking up Togo orders from call in's. About 40 minutes into our wait, I went outside to take a call and while on the phone I saw the waitress drop food at our table, I ended the call and went in and my husband had gotten his food, so I figured mine was soon to come so I told him to go head and eat. After 30 more minutes and my husband pretty much done with his meal I went up and inquired about my pizza. The Girl was pretty rude to me while I explained my husband and I had agreed to the 45-minute wait but we did want to eat dinner together and we were now over an hour and 15 minutes wait and my husband was done with his dinner and we ordered on the same ticket. She walks over to the window to the cooks grabs the old tickets and finds ours and ask's them about the pizza. They point to a pizza that was sitting up in the window shoved out of the way. She brought it over and I told her it had a single topping mine had 2 toppings so It was missing the olives. This girl took it in the back thru raw, cold black olive's and brought this cold pizza and set it on our table. I asked if there was a way to get it heated up and I was told it would be an hour wait. We took it and left. between the meal and tip we spent upwards of $50 and weren't offered any respectful Customer service at all. So disappointed.
The 1-star is simply for being the only dine-in pizza place in a 45 minute radius. That being said, that's probably also the reason for having a handful of good reviews. Not many options up here which is understandable. Service was below average. Only cashier was on phone taking a to-go order while there was a line waiting and there were other staff members. Eventually, a young man came to open a register and took our order. When the pizza came, the pizza toppings were wrong and our appetizer was missing. After going up to let them know, they took the pizza back and threw extra topping on and forgot the appetizer a second time. The place wasn't busy enough to be that forgetful. All-in-all, pizza was average at best. Would pass on this pizza option if in town again. Save yourself the time and money, and walk across the parking lot to the grocery store and grab a frozen pizza.
I’m sorry I have to do this but there multiple red flags. 1. No soap in the men’s bathroom 2. Lots of flys in the restaurant 3. Entire tongs handle was sitting in bed of lecture at salad bar. 4. Me and my friend both ordered cheese ravioli but we got cheese manicotti instead. There was just way too much cheese to the point where it wasn’t good. 5. Pizza took a really long time and again, way too much cheese. I’m not sure if this was part of the veggie pizza but there appears to be peanuts sprinkled on it. Glad I didn’t have a peanut allergy. I thought that was really strange and didn’t go well on a pizza at all. I’m not sure how they make there pesto but it seems to be extremely bright green. Almost like food coloring was added. Overall this place was very unsanitary and the food was not good. Won’t be coming back here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We experienced a long wait for food that was disappointing. The pasta and nachos were lacking flavor, and the hot chocolate tasted like just hot water mixed with a store-bought packet. Honestly, we could have prepared a better meal at home. I do not recommend this place. We'd suggest going elsewhere. This was our last option since everything else was closed, and we would have preferred to skip dinner altogether rather than waste money here.
I had dinner at this restaurant and it was a delightful experience. The meal was priced reasonably, ranging from $30 to $50 per person. The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff, which deserves a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was equally inviting, creating a lovely environment for dining. Overall, a fantastic experience!
