Przekaż informację zwrotnąI just drove through your drive thru and got a mccrispy chicken sandwich meal, two fish sandwiches and a hamburger. I'm wondering why l did not get lettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich like your picture boards display. I paid $21 and change. I'm truly disappointed and probably will not be returning to your location or any McDonalds. It cost to much to not get what l paid for. I called after l left and no one picked up the phone.

I have been having problems with this particular location for quite a while now. The last time I went there before this time, they had changed the price of a Coke and I didn't know it so I thought that the lady gave me the wrong change back and I said something to the guy at the next window and he made a whole spectacle out of it and made me look and feel really stupid instead of just telling me that the price of the soda had gone up 40¢. And I really didn't want to go back except for my boyfriend was hungry and asked specifically for McDonald's and it's the closest one to our house. So I go today, I placed a mobile order and get to first window, got my receipt (thank goodness bc I usually don't bother with it since I have it in the app and my banking app). Get to the second window, I was given 1 of 2 drinks, and after a few minutes he comes back to the window and asks me what else I had. I tell him a coke, 2 sandwiches and a fry. He gets upset and asks for my receipt (which he never gave back). Now a woman starts yelling at me that someone has already taken it outside, that it's already gone. I'm sitting there confused, not sure why I'm being yelled at for their mistake, but then she goes down to the door and yells for me to pull up, and suddenly there's a kid walking from around the other side of the building with our food. It's 23° at the time, the entire order is cold and gross by the time I got it home, which is not even 5 minutes drive away on the exact same road!!The people taking the orders are usually awesome, the people who handle the money and that at the first window are great. But by the time I get to the second window I wind up being angry and frustrated every single time. I absolutely refuse to go back to this same location anymore, this is just ridiculous. There's no reason for them to treat customers the way they do. I have worked at many different restaurants and I understand that customers can be frustrating at times but I always make sure to display my manners to all customer service reps no matter what industry but especially fast food workers, but to be disrespected by them in return is unacceptable. I'm telling them please, thank you, have a good day....they're yelling at me and giving me ice cold food. DO BETTER.Parking: They pull customers from the drive-thru frequently and have them Park in these different areas but they usually have too many people pulled over and it's difficult to find a place to park while you're waiting on your food that you ordered in the drive thru, even if you place the mobile order and ordered ahead.

If you’re lactose intolerant, or in a hurry, do yourself a favor and pick another restaurant. this is one of those places that doesn’t get when people say no cheese, they really mean no cheese!
