La Parrillita - Forest Park

I truly believe this is the best Mexican food on the planet, and I'm serious about it. If anyone claims they've had better, they must not have tried this place because the food is absolutely incredible. The staff is consistently friendly, and I don't mind how far I have to drive to get there. I highly recommend making the trip—it's definitely worth it!

I had a great experience with both the food and the service. The torta was well-seasoned and juicy, though it was a tad salty and oily. The burrito was also excellent. Having worked in the food industry, I know how disappointing it can be when meat is overcooked and dry, but that wasn't the case here. The Jamaica water was delicious too—not too sweet or diluted—perfectly balancing my meal with its refreshing tart flavor. The staff also offered us samples of their churros, which I believe had an apple filling. They were a bit oily, but still enjoyable. Just a quick note: I wouldn't recommend adding oil to the torta before heating it up. Overall, I loved my experience—great flavors, attentive service, and a delightful atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Always a beautiful experience! The food tastes just like home-cooked meals, and the entertainment is fantastic! I noticed that Speed was closed when I went to place my order, and I really hope it reopens soon! In my opinion, no one compares to you.

I am so sorry for the owner who responded to my previous review that it should be for another place. This place is the best place to eat tacos. The meat is amazing and seasoned to perfection. Everything is cooked to order. Love all the selection of sauce and the chips are always fresh n tasty. They won't be disappointed.
