Dunkin' - Forest Park

Went to stop by for something to drink after I closed for the late night. I order my drink and the dude never gave it to me. Waited 20 minutes and walked out. This was at 3 AM mind you and I was more or less the only person there.

Berla was the most rude worker I have ever encountered in a public setting. Usually I go out of my way to come to this location but will avoid it now. Workers like that will only hurt your business. I would seriously reconsider!

I was a regular customer to this Dunkin until recently. I always purchased espresso drinks. However I found that approximately half the time my drink was made incorrectly. I tried to communicate this problem to their customer service with no success. Instead of going here I have begun going to the various local coffee shops.

A little scary because it's across street from El stop… Sketchy people hanging out inside and out. Service was fast, but not very friendly.

This is one my favorite location. I get curbside almost everyday. The girls are so sweet. They are quick to get my order out and correct. Thanks Coco!
