Blue Max Coffee - Forest Park

This coffee and brunch joint is tucked away in the NW corner of Forest ParkI'm sure I drove past it a few dozen times before I noticed it.

We went to this place this morning and Wednesday, the day before ThanksgivingI've been coming for a year now and surprised I haven't done a review.

I never leave reviews, in fact this is my first ever in all the years I've used Yelp, and am usually very forgiving when it comes to restaurants, but my

Eating was tasteful. they were packed and my service was still good, waitress was friendly and didn't bother me. I had a regular coffee together with the food, which was a bit bitter for a light roast, but still decent. I also had a lavender latte that was delicious. apparently known for their fragrances, and they live in any case up to their names.

This is a pretty little caffe in an old house built. we took the spot right away. both coffee and eating came very fast. I had the breakfast bread that came in a huge bowl and was beautiful and hot. the fruit butter cup was also very delicious. I would recommend this place to breakfast.
