Chili's Grill - Forest Oaks

Although Chili's is a chain restaurant, you can tell when management is good, as it is reflected through the staff. Our server was friendly and helpful when we asked about places in the area. My chicken was cooked perfectly! Not over done like leather. Kudos to the cook!

Over the course of the last 6 months I’ve received the worst food service I have ever dealt with in eldersburg. The wait staff is slow and unorganized and nonprofessional. Spending more time on their phones in the sight of everyone than doing their job. Not even why I’m giving this review. The reason for this one is because of the last 3 times I’ve gotten carry out it is slow and people on their phones while I wait and stare at them for easily 10 minutes each time just getting ignored. Also, DO NOT ORDER THRU DOORDASH. They keep their food in the bar area on a shelf in a corner out of the line of sight from the staff except for a bartender too busy to pay attention or care about the food and now TWICE they have blamed DoorDash for the issue but when I contact my driver they say the food was picked up before their arrival and that chilis forces them to cancel the order. When I tried to call chilis to resolve the issue they said it was doordashes issue and then hung up on me. Was also very rude in tone. So sad because I loved this place as a child and now lazy, luckluster no talent staffing and management has driven it into the ground. Go eat at Glory Days instead.Edit: The manager that refused to offer and help or insight as well as pushed off blame and hung up on me is named Thomas. Shame on the owner for poor judgement when choosing management.

Food service are consistent no matter if it's busy or not. Cecily is an awesome bartender!

Really excellent service every time we go. Restaurant has a great atmosphere.

Everything was pretty good but, it was day time and they seated us in a booth within the bar area and the music was too loud.
