Smokey's Wing Shack - Forest Lake

Better experience than last time. Toast was too much-2 Texas toast sized pieces, really filled me up. Tried standard breakfast, 2 eggs, hash browns, and ham. Took home qt of turkey wild rice soup for later. Will be back.

Español abajo. This location surprised me a lot because it is completely different from the one in Fridley. This restaurant is too beautiful and very well maintained from its facade to its interior. That day it was very busy and we had to wait about 2 minutes because there were 6 of us who were going to eat, but it was worth it. The interior is very presentable and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The service was good, although it could have been better because several times we had to ask for water to be refilled and we almost didn't receive a visit from the waiter to ask us if we were offered anything else (maybe because the restaurant was very busy). I don't think this is a reason to give a lower rating. The food, yummy. Everything we ordered was delicious and filling (something I've liked about these restaurants). I will definitely return to this location. I highly recommend it. Esta locación me sorprendió mucho porque es completamente diferente a la que estaba en Fridley. Este restaurante es demasiado bonito y muy bien cuidado desde su fachada hasta su interior. Ese día estaba muy ocupado y tuvimos que esperar como 2o minutos porque éramos 6 personas las que íbamos a comer, pero valió la pena. El interior está muy presentable y el ambiente fue muy agradable. El servicio fue bueno, aunque pudo haber sido mejor pues varias veces tuvimos que pedir que se nos llenara agua y casi no recibimos la visita del mesero para preguntarnos si se nos ofrecía algo más (puede ser porque estaba muy ocupado el restaurant)ñ aún así, creo no es motivo para dar una calificación menor. La comida, yummy. Todo lo que pedimos fue delicioso y abundante (algo que me ha gustado de estos restaurantes). Definitivamente, volveré a esta locación. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

It's Keys. Home-cooked and they treat you like family. The only dish we've had here that we wouldn't have again was the lasagna. Breakfast is legendary.

Quality food, with the staff sentiment being somewhat over it. My 2nd favorite keys location!

Excellent. Absolutely no complaints. The food was fresh a day portions are decent. The service was the best I've had in a very long time!
