The White Horse - Forest Heath

As soon as we entered the White Horse we were made welcome. We were looked after extremely well, the food was excellent. Good home cooked meals. Definitely a place we will visit again.

We were made to feel extremely welcome, Lucy and the team were very friendly and most accommodating and the freshly prepared food was amazing! Thoroughly recommended.

Super family run pub. Very welcoming friendly service. The pies and lamb burger with Stilton cheese were great. Nice puddings too. 5 or 6 good vegan/vegetarian options (a bigger better choice than most pubs) Food is homemade and locally sourced where possible. Good red wine, I was driving, so I had zero alcohol Guinness Unfortunately, we were passing through, so a much deserved second visit is unlikely

Lovely building proper old pub, great landlord and staff, excellent food.

A 'real ' pub, old fashioned, multi rooms, no loud music or gaming machines. Good food reasonably priced and service with a laugh. Enjoyable.
