Burgerville - Forest Grove

Burgerville is not the same as before. it has boiled quality ingredients, but in dried seasoned and oversalted frits. you have to immerse them in the sauce to really enjoy eating. that is, make sure to order sauce when they order their order. they will not remind them, and it does not say on the menu, but they will not force them to a single ranch cup. they are digging through their car for a quarter, or their card for a 25-cent sauce, even after paying $25 for two burgers, two pommes and two koks, with a $5 tip above. they are small things like these that can transform a 5-star visit into a 3-star visit.

The food was good, but the service was less than a great experience. when the person before me finished the order, they decided to have a cash change. we all had to do with it, but this was really not so great. first the young did not even recognize me and then he could not log in, did not even apologize for the delay, did not even make eye contact that took at least 3 minutes. the next is with all burgerville today there is an option to leave gratitude before they can pay. I'm sorry that these children already earn 15 dollars per hour, and all they do is take an order and insult to even ask. then the young one didn't even give me my drink cup, and this one just speaks to the class that the staff clearly lacked: it prepared my job for his lunch and sat down before my attention was brought out. I have to tell them that it's like I treat their customers like the second class. when the other child gave my command, he forgot my mug again and he didn't offer me a ketchup when they left it on the tables. I must say that the service of this situation is really downhill.

Too expensive. the parts of the burgers are absurd. how would it be with a regular part at a reasonable price. 14$/Meal for fast eating, then it is not all eaten because it is much too big of a burger. I saw no smaller option for reasonable price.

This Burgerville has the absolute best fries in the world! I have yet to get a cold order of fries, in a world that cold fast food fries seems to be the main option. The line at this specific Burgerville seems to be outrageous in the drive thru, but that is not the Restaurants fault. That has more to do with how good their food is and how many people will keep coming back. I have yet been disappointed with the food here. I will continue to return time after time!

The line was long at the Milwaukie location but SO worth it! I can't have dairy so I tried an Oregon Strawberry shake with Coconut Bliss and it was to die for! Their shakes are amazing!
