The Hoot Nannie - Forest City

I'm redoing my review. It's earned the 5 stars. Many improvements to the food, and the staff. Me and my family has had a much better time this go around. The new steak fries are amazing! The pulled pork has a lot more flavor than it used to. Johnny Ray has been very hands on at this location and I can tell! Before I left I bought a hat, and a sticker. ? The Hoot!!!

Our waitress was amazing, her name was Alayzia! Food was amazing! Will be back soon!!

Awesome little down home place to eat! The waitress Alayzia was so nice and was at the table multiple to check on us! Great experience definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Hoot Nanny in forest city This how long it takes to cook a burger. Not 50 minutes. Apparently your server forgot to turn in our order and your staff wasn’t really sorry. I’ve eaten at many restaurants and even been a cook so I know how long it takes to cook one. While we waited watching everyone in the restaurant get food and we were the first to order your excuse that it takes 20 to 37 minutes is not true. I doubt if I will ever be back and I’ll makes this one go a long way. I really thought this place was better than this ? Ma’am we checked ticket times and it was not 50 min. We reviewed our in house system and found that your ticket time was close to 39 min after the order was put into the system. You had declined to speak with our manager on duty who would have been more than happy to address this concern. The time frame you posted for a well done burger is not accurate for the size and cook method we use. We do not blast our burgers with high heat to make them inedible. We believe that a burger should be enjoyed be it rare or in your case well done.hoot nanny’s reply to my review. And by the way my food wasn’t hot. We got there and were the first to Order last to get our food. It took them 55 min for food to reach our table. And I did speak to a manager at 50 min in and he went and checked on our food and 5 min later our food came out. So he lied plus this manager told us 20 min. When I tell you we were the last to get our food I mean everyone that came in after us got there’s before we did ?
