The staff were very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, that doesn't compensate for the poor condition of the rooms. I changed rooms once, so my experience was based on two different rooms. Everything was dusty and smelled bad, including the furniture, bedding, carpets, windows, curtains, and even the air conditioning units both in the rooms and elevators. The toilets had stains and odors, the ceilings were low, the room design was odd, and the rooms themselves were small. I cannot recommend this place.

Sheryl Frianeza made it incredibly simple to reserve 12 rooms for our guests who were attending my son's wedding. The front desk staff was both efficient and friendly. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I will definitely book rooms at this property again in the future when I have visitors. Thank you once again for making the process so easy for me!

When I checked in, I noticed that the sink had not been cleaned properly, as there were food splatters left behind. The shower curtain had black stains, and the room's curtain showed yellow discoloration. The alarm clock next to the bed was dusty as well. Additionally, the room was not soundproof, which was quite disappointing. The front desk is not available 24 hours to address issues, which added to my frustrations. Overall, I believe this hotel falls short of basic cleanliness standards, and I question whether they adhere to CDC guidelines.

We've stayed here on several occasions and have nothing but good things to say. Staff is always prompt and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lobby area is impressive, more so when we can once again can enjoy the bar area, darn Corona-Virus has that shut down for now. Pool is big and perfectly heated and the jacuzzi was perfect. We will be back!

We stayed here as part of a stay and play tournament. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only complaint the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. When you have multiple people in the same room that makes it tricky. I would have loved a second sink and mirror outside of the bathroom.
