I've never had pork Sisig before, but I excitedly drove over to the little parking lot where this food truck is located because the yelp reviews are so high. There are only a few dishes offered: pork or chicken sisig and beef soup. You can get them with rice or without. I ordered the pork sisig with rice for $12. They use crispy skin roast pork, chop it up and add red onion, green pepper and a drizzle of Mayo. It also comes with a lemon wedge and extra peppers. For $12, this is a pretty good amount of food and it tasted good too. What's not to love about crispy roast pork and a good squeeze of lemon? The two people working the food truck were nice and although it took a little while because the person in front of me ordered 4 or 5 plates, it wasn't the worst wait. If you're in Waipahu around lunch time and I'm the mood for pork sisig, I'd recommend checking this place out. It seems like a solid place to get simple Filipino food if you're looking for something quick and easy in Waipahu.
Best sisig I ever had. Couldn't get enough of this! Left wanting more after finishing a whole plate. I highly recommend everyone to try it. Their service was superb!
Food is amazing! Never too oily and they give you so much for what your paying! I go to them now for my sisig cravings. Service is expected when you have just 2 people there so lunch time is crazy. Also since they are a food truck essentially the parking where they are located is not the greatest. FYI if you tip, give it to the people directly. That area got other guys stealing the tip jar.
Very good, fresh, and flavorful. The service was great. Sigsig is good for pupu and the soup is awesome.
