The service was excellent, there was ample seating, and the food was delicious. I tried the Bun Bo Hue and it was fantastic; the spice level was just right and the portion size was perfect. This is a great spot for lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the House Special dish.

I visited the restaurant on a Friday at 5:30PM and found it to be empty, with only one other family there. Our order was taken promptly by a friendly server. We ordered 2 Jasmine Iced Teas for $6, 1 Fried Rice with Beef for $13.50, and 1 Fried Rice with Shrimp for $13.50. The rice was average, but not outstanding. The shrimp fried rice had 6 shrimp in it but lacked flavor. The beef in the other fried rice was tender, but the dish as a whole was lacking in flavor. For $13.50, I would not order the rice again, but I may try other dishes on the menu.
