Summa Sushi - Fontana

The bake salmon roll and the cucumber special roll are awesome..

We stumbled upon this great sushi restaurant by happenstance and we're very glad we decided to give it a try. A large variety of rolls made choosing just one difficult, but I don't think you could go wrong with any. The fish was fresh, tender and delicious. And the rolls are quite large. This place is now on my radar for a good meal on the road! Not to be missed!

Honestly, 4 all u sushi lovers enthusiasts who r willing 2 try new places/things, I would NOT recommend this place. Their sushi isn't worth the price little amount they offer. Example:Golden Vegas Roll-12.49/5 rolls versus the usual 6/8 rolls for this price. It's cool if u just wish 2 try something new, but not a return visit

They service was a little slow, but hey it's Tuesday night. Other than that, this place was satiating. The Goyza were crunchy. The No Name Special Roll was creamy and light with sparring rice. I dont even like Lobster, but I couldn't stop eating the popcorn Lobster on the Super Diablo Roll. The absolute topper though, was by far the Tempura Fried Green Tea Ice Cream... I will go back just for desert!

I have been eating at Summa Sushi every Friday night for over three years. Normally end up eating there a few times a week. Love the freshness of fish, size of servings, selection. The staff alwaays greets me and treats me fantastic. Best Sushi restaurant I have found in many years. Recommend
