Trevor Jarrod Ulsh deserves a raise. The service he provided was excellent, and he is a genuinely nice young man. I can't praise his politeness enough. I wish more employees were like him!

Customers who pay the prices you set deserve high-quality food and service. Unfortunately, the chicken I received was burnt, and the cabbage was undercooked. If you’re going to serve food like this, customers should be informed beforehand. A business can only thrive by maintaining the quality of both service and food. People can easily notice the difference!

I was really disappointed with my experience at the Hawaiian BBQ location in Fontana. I ordered a combo plate, but what I received was mostly cabbage and a very small portion of chicken and beef. For a $15 plate, I expected much better. I won't be returning.

This restaurant has always been a special destination for me. We would typically plan our visits around using coupons, but I realize now that I should have made the effort to go more often because the food is just that good. Nearly every dish I’ve tried has been delicious and satisfying.

The food is excellent, and the service is fantastic. My only issue is that my order is often mixed up. It’s not a huge deal for me, but I thought I should mention it in case you’re particular about these things.
