Przekaż informację zwrotnąI don't know why I come back here. Service, speed and accuracy are consistently terrible. Not subpar, not mediocre, but terrible. Five employees hanging around the drive-dru window, and it took minutes to talk to me. They tell me? re out of salsa, but they have some dressing in their pocket. Not only are they not dressing in my bag, but they have made my order wrong. I give up. I'm not coming back to this place.
Didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt, he just threw it away. Then when I said I wanted it he said he'd have to get the manager. It was during a rush, so of course I didn't wait. Just annoyed since I use the app. This location is right off the freeway, the food is delicious, and I got all the extra green salsa I need. So close to a 5?
The customer service was not up to par; it took at least 5 to 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I understand they were busy, but it would have been nice if the shift manager or cashier had acknowledged my presence with a simple "I'll be right with you" when they saw me waiting at the register. The young lady who finally took my order lacked customer service skills—she didn't smile and seemed disinterested in her job, making it difficult to hear her. While there was a bit of a wait for the food, it was quite good. I also noticed other customers experiencing issues with the same cashier, such as overcharging and long wait times.
My daughter ordered two large chicken tortilla soups, which were supposed to come with tortilla chips. Unfortunately, by the time she realized it, she was already on the way home. This is the second time we've encountered issues with customer service here. It's definitely a good idea to check your orders before leaving.
So I ordered a chicken salad tostada, when ready for pickup I notice it's missing sour cream and the creamy cilantro dressing...I go back to ask for dressing and they tell me they are out, so I ask for green salsa. I ask for sour cream, they tell me they are also out....shouldn't they make customers aware of this while ordering so I can decide if I still want to order?!?! Then I over hear register employee still asking customers if they want sour cream in their meal. Terrible customer service!
