Carl's Jr. - Fontana

It's what you would expect from Carl's Jr. I tried one of the $2.99 double burgers and was surprised at how thin the burger patties were! It wasn't bad for a quick snack.

The customer service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. While some staff members are fantastic, others could use a bit more courtesy. However, I have never encountered any problems with my order or the speed of service.

I ordered the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, and it was just average. The chicken didn't taste very fresh; it seemed like it had been sitting for a while. I was hungry and had spent about $8, so I decided to eat it anyway. The flavor was decent, though.

I went to Carl's Jr. and found the food to be tasty, but there was a bit of confusion at the drive-thru. My car, along with two others, paid at the window and received our drinks, but then we had to wait at the front for our food to be delivered. It seems they could really use some improvements in their drive-thru efficiency.

The food is outstanding, but the sodas have way too much ice.
