Starbucks - Fontainebleau

Conveniently located in Concourse E of MIA, which has very few other dining options. Service was pretty quick. Despite the slightly higher price tag, the brownie and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino were the perfect way to fill up before my long international flight.

Is the latte machine ever working?! Just as bad as the milkshake machines never working at a McDonald’s or something. Broke or lazy? Seriously, I thought Starbucks was better then that. Been here twice, a year apart, and same issues. Maybe it wouldn’t be a big deal if the staff wasn’t so rude as well. There is no 3rd time, that’s for sure.

The worst starbucks shop ever...there were three people and none of them were serving...I almost lost my flight waiting for my cup of american and a sandwich. Poor service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 1 EMPLOYEE ONLY AND 40 PEOPLE IN LINE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 30mins TERRIBLE HMS HOST COMPANY WHO MANAGES THIS STARBUCKS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible service. The only thing worse than the entitled, rude attitudes was their ability to make a coffee. It's an airport, with the obvious expectation that people are trying to catch a flight. Zero regard for customer service. If 2020 were a store, this would be it... dumpster fire.
