On night shifts i believe there is no manager because it is unacceptable that everytime i order there they dont serve what they are supposed to today was my limit because i asked for a steack bowl and they literally served 3 small pieces of steak totally do not recomend this establishment

Nice and clean restaurant. Fresh hot food. I love their celentro and other sauces too.

Wow, i should've took pictures, so tropi chop 6 little pieces of chicken, ive ordered the extra chicken in the past and then its 10 little pieces of chicken, honestly its a joke. They didn't give me the large fried Yuca that i paid for, i guess i should've check the bag prior to pulling away, abd finally the chicken soup 1 little piece of chicken i little piece of plantain 1 little piece of yuca, an absolute joke.. im done with you guys, its not the first time this happens.. oh by the way i drive from key largo to get the food.

Being able to speak properly to take and process an order correctly should be a bigger priority to them.

The girl Amanda taking our order couldn’t speak English to answer any questions regarding their menu. She couldn’t help at all and just asked here or to go. Then she couldn’t make change for the bill. Knowing the menu should be required to take orders. There’s more to customer service than pushing buttons. The manager should be ashamed of himself/herself for putting her in that position
