Marabu - Fontainebleau

I saw some reviews that almost scared me away, but the setting menu looked like a perfect plan for our 305 adventure today. I couldn't be happier! Carlos took such good care of us, he was like family by the end of our visit. We shared truffle yuca fries (YUM! and had Cuban sandwich, Cuban fried rice, Chicken bowl, and short rib over puréed corn. Everything was delicious. Carlos made the visit to Brickell City Center so enjoyable. Would definitely return ask for him!

Took a bit of time for our waitress to find us, but probably on account of covering so many tables. Food was outstanding!

Fun spot in the mall with a great bar and great atmosphere. Was hoping for the best Cubano of my life, but no luck there. Fair prices, great service and good spot to celebrate.

Food was not bad but service was horrible. The waitress was non existent. Perhaps is the automatic gratuity that makes her less focus on service. We had to keep asking the busboy or other waiter to order anything.

Felt like Havana. Unique food and ambiance. Enjoyed it!
