Great campsite with a quiet and well maintained German vibe. Directly on the great lake and with all the necessary amenities one needs when camping. Reachable by foot or bicycles on a natural path along the river. Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

We were driven away with German kindness. We are looking for a second permanent parking space. Unfortunately there was no one at the reception. Except for a very friendly cleaning employee. Maybe the owner of the house should learn a bit of friendliness. We have had a permanent parking space in Germany for years and are welcome guests there. We know our dear neighbor from the big canton completely differently. Kind and courteous. The exception can be found here. We just rushed over to the other campsite. We received a very warm welcome there (even though we were early). The four of us all had the same opinion. Now we understand why Camping Lido Toce was so empty during this long weekend.

Campsite displaying ACSI card and announcing to us that it has not been renewed. Wash dishes in cold water, not hot water. Mainly occupied by Germans, very high prices, namely two nights in a camper van for €78.50. Location: 5

A year ago I jumped at Camping Lido Toce by chance at the beginning of the season and this year spent another week there at the beginning of the season. That's what it says. The operator family with Cordula and Sigfried take care of the place and see that it is good for all visitors. The complex is well maintained, there is enough space on the plots, which can be called generous compared to other places. Zimmermann could handle it more closely, but does not make it conscious for the good of the campers. This speaks for its consistent attitude. This also applies if the camping order is not complied with. They also offer rest at times and otherwise for the well-being around the clock. I definitely get exactly what I want when camping at Lido Toce: lots of nature, fresh air, no rambazamba, lots of relaxation and lots of pleasure or no unnecessary problems. So a place I would like to visit again! RB of F.
