Jersey Mike's Subs - Fond du Lac

Went there last week Saturday evening. No greeting when we walked in. Ordered our food. The young man looked about 14. Didn't say but 2 words to us seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. Never asked about rewards so we forgot until transaction was finished. Said we didn't use our rewards and he pretty much said he can't do anything about that. I asked for manager in charge. Another young man took down our phone and said he would take care of it. Don't know if it was taken care of or not. No thank yous, enjoy your nite not any salutation at all. Felt very unwelcome.
