Suishin Sushi - Folsom

Given the current inflation, many sushi stores have cutter the cost by reducing the portion, or by selecting lower quality of fish. But Suishin still keep the quality and quantity as before. Great sushi for a reasonable price.

This is the best Sushi I’ve had in a long time if not ever. Tastes fresh and flavorful! Staff is friendly and prompt. I will make the 1.5 hour drive for it again! Well worth it!

I have been coming here almost every weekend. The food is great and the crew. If you want a quite place to dine in, this is the place. My faves are mussles, salmon sashimi and salmon tuna tartare. And of course sake and Japanese beer.

This place is the Shizznit. My girlfriend and I come here any time we're craving sushi, any other place pales in comparison. Dakota the sushi dude is an expert at his craft and this restaurant stands toe to toe with any Sushi spot in the area. Thanks for never disappointing and keep up the good work guys!!

What a fantastic find in Folsom! We stopped with our two young boys and actually weren 't expecting much. Boy, were we wrong. The service was excellent and the fish was superb. We are picky sushi lovers. We don 't like tons of mayo sauce (seriously- WHY? Would you drown fish in mayo? . We love spicy and got exactly what we asked for... rolls that were mostly fish and light on filler... no 'fancy sauce ' and delicious spicy, fresh ingredients. Hands down favorite spot.
