WOW! I was in many Indian Nepali/Himalayan restaurants, but Sanskrit 's Monday Thali records are the BEST! Great Ayervedic balance that is REAL feel good food. Spice Balance is perfection in any item. There is a greater variety of elements), which I have found everywhere. I went with friends: 2 are Indian food fans, 1 barely exposed, and one was a fish-outta-water, even the 'fish' did ok! They say it's at medium heat level. This is true for Nepalese food. The average Indian foodie will be its super mild... but that was THALI the ultimate small flavor plates you'll find. You did a BEAUTIFUL job to fix it for everyone, but still had a little warmth. The Thali varies every week. You won't regret it. Highest greetings for chicken pulusu the butter chicken.

Just brilliant. I had lunch thali and it exceeded my expectations both in taste, quality and number of articles. It was so good, I always want to go back to Sanskrit. The crew was great, friendly and well maintained. It is great to see all round quality. Five Jubilees to Sanskrit

Really excellent Indian food. The Baingan Bharata was perfectly flavored and very tasty. The chicken curry was also very good, with delicious spices and whole dark meat chicken (mind the occasional fat). Interior decor and food presentation are both visual. Even the restaurant music is chosen intelligently, with the selection of contemporary Indian music that creates everything to stay low-key even if they are rap or pop.

Took my sister and brother in law here because there?s a vegan menu. They are vegan. The food was AMAZING. We were all really impressed. The servers were kind and helpful and the food was just outstanding. I went again for take out and enjoyed again. One of the best Indian places in the area, for sure!
