Nothing Bundt Cakes - Folsom

Went out of my way to get a delicious personal snickerdoodle bundt cake to eat on My way home from work. Was looking forward to it all day. BUT, they did not have any utensils for me to use or buy. So I could not eat it. #WHAT?

For the first time visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes Folsom location and was very pleased with the caliber friendly. professional staff, decor and easy pick up my free birthday Bundlet! Recommended this month is their chocolate peppermint that I choose and it WAS delicious. The quality of Nothing Bundt Cake is always on point, no matter what position I used and know that this Folsom site closer to me is great! Welcome my birthday contract!

The young girl, who is there on Friday, 28th October at 3:30 p.m. was on my face. I had asked the other girl who was very nice if she could freeze me one of her frozen calves when I drove out of town and didn't want it to melt. She asked this shift and she came and told me she didn't freeze her cakes. I told her I was the baker who used to be in another place, so I know they freeze their cakes. She told me that they are not at this point and they are all different. BS. You are a very strict company and all shops must be exactly the same. Customer service is completely missing. If they can't sell their frozen cakes, just tell me that you're not allowed, don't lie blatantly on my face. I'll never return to the Folsom site.

Absolutely love this place! Came here today, Sunday, and the gals working had such good customer service and were so sweet! Everything we ordered was delicious too of course. This store is kept tidy and organized as well.

You can't go wrong with a nothing bundt cake. I recently picked up a cake and two bundtlets for my brother's birthday and it was decorated so well and exactly the way as described over the phone. The woman who took my order over the phone for pickup the next day was very friendly and helpful when trying to decide which cake to purchase as well as the decor. The cakes are always so delicious (my favorite is the red velvet). Some family members prefer the cake only (without the frosting) but to each their own... it may be worth making an option without frosting since the cake itself is fantastic. If you haven't tried this place, you should!
