It?s Valentine?s Day and we went there with my niece and friends. It was a Monday and the restaurant was full. I was very impressed. Good tasting food and so so service.
Great tasting food, however every single time we've ordered here they at least miss something. Got urban fries with chicken no chicken came with it. Another time got a salad with chicken however no chicken. And again fries with no chili on top because my partner gets extremely sick from spicy foods and they still added it. If you order from here make sure you double check what you have. Don't recommend delivery because you'll end up not getting what you ordered or have items missing.
Fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, soups and sides prepared with care. We really appreciated the kindness of the team here. The food tastes great as well.
We came for my birthday lunch and expected a delicious Chinese chicken salad, but after ordering it in taking about 6 bites, we realized we did not like the salad at all. We tried to communicate with one of the staff members about our dissatisfaction of the salad, so we got Sarah?s attention and told her that we were unhappy. I even told her it was my birthday and I was looking forward to having a delicious traditional Chinese chicken salad. I also inquired about how much chicken should be in the salad, she told us three ounces and then I still told her neither one of us liked the combination of the salad. At this point she told me she could re-make another Chinese chicken salad for me. She also said if we had only taken one or two bites of the salad we could?ve come up and gotten a different one altogether. I thought it was very odd to just not be offered a full refund if we complained about a salad and were unhappy with the flavor combination? Poor customer service when we were unhappy with the salad. Sarah should of offered us a full refund, because I told her we couldn?t take it to go salad with us cause we were going to be on the road all day for my birthday celebration. Here?s the salad when it came to our table and then a picture after we had eaten about six or eight bites. Here is our receipt as well. Hopefully the manager, Sky, will train her staff on how to deliver better customer service. Thanks, Erin St.Patrick
