Dunkin' - Folsom

I will Never Come here again. Orderd A coffee with Splenda and they put sweet and low. This was the SECOND time they did this.. not happy.

They messed up my order, but we're generous enough to fix it and gave us two donuts.

Being that this is Dunkin', expectations are essentially mediocre in general, but this location is strange in that they seem to often or maybe even always have the lobby closed during business hours, which is really upsetting when I walk over, wanting to get a donut, but when I come in my car service and quality are all okay.

I'm updating my previous review because things have improved, and the special requests are now handled perfectly! My favorite sweet black pepper bacon croissant with American cheese and extra bacon has been made to perfection since my last visit. Thank you! It's simply perfect!

They treated my dog to a pup cup filled with whipped cream, and he was absolutely in heaven! The service here is always friendly, and it's great to see the staff in such a good mood.
