I hate to be that person but wow! The cottage pie or shepherds pie wherever it?s supposed to be, yuck! Greasy, dripping with fat, and just this side of tasteless. The corned beef sandwich was, hard to believe worse. You could tell just by looking at itthe ?Corned Beef? was pastrami and it was old and it was greasy and it was dry. Do yourself a favor its a hard pass.

Has a nice feel good vibe in the bar. I ordered the chilli dog and although it was tasty- presentation was off it was served on a plate that made it very difficult to eat. The tater tots seemed bland, not fully warm.

Person who answered the phone today has no phone etiquette. Was rude. Didn't even say bye. The only gluten free option on their already nothing having menu is the fries. No other gluten free options. The menu is not for everyone.

The chef is amazing! Food came out fast, hot, the food omg best clam chowder I ever had. No sandy flour slop. My husband had a something with sausage and clam and little spice just enough. My son had a pasta dish. Vegetarian kid. He made the pot stickers.Yummy with a ginger dip. This was Friday. Bar was busy, the people sing songs. Not for me. Friendly place. 25 to 60 folks. Good prices!! Bathroom were VERY CLEAN. we were their 3 hr. With friends. And I sneaked to look at the kitchen. Very clean andfloor. A first for many we eat at. I won't return. Ohhh no flys, and they have everything covered. It's a no dress up place. Small place. But I will come back to eat. The chef Louis came out and greeted up and often walked by to make sure our drinkand water full. Oh you can drink the water here! We have a well, and city water sucks. This was good, A must to go

BeBack rating- yessiree! The shepherds pie had flavor as compared to most others I've had at different places. They were on the bland side but still good. Dolan's pie has liver so be aware of that. The fish and chips, or fries, was delicious and freshtasting. The batter bot too thick and crispy. I will say that I wish I had one more piece. I guess it's fishflation. But thebest and surprising experience was the bread pudding! I was not expecting the look and the other toppings that came with it asyou can see in the picture. Yes, it was very sweet and the ice vanilla ice cream melted to fast, but excellent still. We in theseparate room, closest to the kitchen area. There was a group of folks at the bar having a good time. The memorabilia in the bararea will attract your attention. The chef was very friendly. Oh, the menu had some items that I didn't expect, also. So,overall, Dolan's will see me again!
