I love the $10 meal deal that includes two bacon cheeseburgers, two fries, and two root beers. The food is fantastic!

I really wish I could give zero stars for this experience! The drive-thru service was absolutely terrible. The staff had no manners, lacked any sense of customer care, and showed no enthusiasm at all. When I handed over my card, it took her a full two minutes to return it to me. Although I was informed immediately that my card had been charged, it still took an unacceptably long time to get it back. Just a week later, I discovered that my card information had been stolen, and I hadn't even used that card recently. When I called the store to report this issue, I found out that the person at the drive-thru was the store manager. It was extremely unprofessional and concerning to deal with a manager who acted that way.

This place is also a KFC. We ordered a 12 piece. We paid extra to 5 chests and 7 thighs. When we got our order, I decided to have a piece before leaving. It's a good thing I did because we didn't just have a breast short, but we have six legs. When the Lord called out our order, he called it right, which means that they not only knew that they cut the chicken, but knew that they gave us the wrong pieces. It took two more trips to the counter to get the order right and then a third trip to the counter to get our reception. They had to print the manager because the cashier didn't know how to do it. We received no excuses for the inconvenience of employees or managers. So if you go for a take-out order, make sure to check it before you leave the restaurant.

The food is great, and there are plenty of options to choose from. My kids can be picky eaters, but with the variety available, they were able to find something they liked. The restaurant is located in a parking lot that I frequent, so I'm sure I'll return soon. I haven't dined at A&W very many times, but each experience has been enjoyable.

Horrible service. Had everything put away at 8:30 even though they are open until 10:00. Had no chilli left so I received chilli cheese fries with one bite of chilli globbed in the corner. Also the polar swirl was melting and just the whole experience was bad. Not worth the long wait.
