This ice cream shop is fantastic! The staff has exceptional customer service skills and are always ready to help. They're more than willing to offer free samples so customers can find the flavor they love. They are also great with kids, which makes it a favorite spot for my family. The employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming! Plus, we really enjoy the loyalty program they offer.

This ice cream shop is the perfect spot for a break with our dog, Casper, after exploring Folkestone. They offer a great selection of unique Carte d’Or flavors in a very clean setting. The coffee latte was exceptional, made with Fair Trade gourmet beans. The staff was friendly, and there are outdoor seats available on the street. This place is sure to be popular in the coming weeks, so it's definitely worth a visit.

The ice cream and cake are truly delicious, the coffee is fantastic, and the service is outstanding, all delivered with a warm smile!
