Cucinaa cook the class hosted by chief marco gubbiotti was a bond experience with my family that I will never forget. we were in the villa san lorenzo near castiglione del lago and we wanted a break from cooking and cleaning for 15 family and friends. we were happy enough, chief marco gubbiotti of cucinaa visit the villa to teach my family and friends how to prepare a four-course menu for all. the curs included beef tartare (start,) frascarelli (first curs,) sirloin from chianina (main) and white chocolate mousse for dessert. when every meal was prepared, chief marco offers its secrets to make every dish perfect while an entertaining experience for all involved. He has set a knife-force demonstration for all the children they loved. all this, without driving 15 people in three cars to a restaurant that cannot all sit at the same place. he delivered the food, beautifully shed every dish, and drove to our location to make this experience amazing.
