The food was decent, but the iced coffee I ordered was supposed to be sweet and ended up being bitter, so I asked for some sugar. One of the servers told me to just drink it and she would add sugar, but I insisted it was too bitter and asked her to throw it out. She was quite rude about it and even started cursing in Korean, thinking I wouldn't understand. Another co-worker laughed at the situation. The establishment was clean and the coffee was good if you prefer it less sweet. However, the workers were very unfriendly and seemed to discriminate against non-Korean customers.
I told the guy I wanted a regular matcha but instead he gave me a dirty matcha and didn’t wanna change it after I just told him I’m doing no coffee so I’m giving this a 1 star for customer service will be going down the block for drinks
This is the bakery that introduced me to the mochi donut. So many Yelpers have written reviews about them, so I had to try one myself.I chose the S'mores mochi for its fancy design and chocolate content. It was rather good.If I am ever in Flushing again, I will stop by Canaan to try some other delectable items on the menu.I highly recommend.
I got a breakfast bagel and it was huge! Came fresh and hot- very good. Service was quick and it's a nice, well lit atmosphere. There was a small group of retirees having drinks and chatting. I would recommend this place and look forward to returning.
