Qdoba Mexican Eats - Floyd County

First time eating here and let me tell you...the young man who made our food was great...he was patient and friendly highly recommend!!!

I have tried to give this store chance after chance but SOMETHING is always WRONG. They forget your protein, the previous shift doesn’t cook enough food for the next shift, and staff isn’t too friendly.

Hands down the worst Qdoba around. Do yourself a favor and drive out of the way to go to a different location. It'd be worth the toll to just go across the river to a different one. Doesn't matter how many people are there, the carryouts always take forever and half the time they are out of everything you want anyway.

Finished driving 6 hours and unloading a U-Haul. Ordered a family meal through the app for those that helped. Went to pick it up and they said someone picked it up already. Said there’s nothing they can do since it’s already gone. No refund, no new food. Said I’d have to pay for another order. Plenty of QDOBA in the area, avoid this one at all cost.
