Hit or miss for everything. The service and the food is either great or sub par.
I don’t know how hard it is to make a regular tatter tot but I’m pretty sure it don’t have cheese on it. I have had too many orders come out wrong and the phone number to call never works. I’m fed up with receiving the wrong thing when I didn’t order it. It’s not hard to throw tater tots in a bag. This is ridiculous. If you can’t get the order right then you need to double check floors you bring out someone’s food. I work in the restaurant industry and this is just unacceptable.
No ice in my drink. No Chile cheese on my Chile cheese coney and the carhop didn't give me all my change. It's a sad day Sonic.
Several different times, I have paid, and the option to tip using credit card wasn’t available. This has happened on multiple stalls resulting in the car hops losing money considering most individuals use credit. I visit this location regularly as it is only a mile from my house. Have gotten to know a few of the car hops. I don’t understand why this option is only available at certain stalls. Seems like if Sonic had an issue getting their money they would have no problem shutting down/repairing the stall in a timely manner so it blows my mind that this issue has gone on unresolved for so long. Really tells me all I need to know about the corporation. I get that fast food locations expect high turnover, but this blatant disregard for their employees has me wanting to take my business elsewhere.
