Panda Express - Flowood

The manager who was in charge during the lunch shift displayed a lack of professionalism. She seemed to approach her job with an attitude, and I think someone should evaluate her communication skills. I would like to return!

My partner frequently visits Panda, and today he went there for lunch. Unfortunately, when he returned to his truck, he found the battery dead in the parking lot. Two employees, Matthew and Taylor, came to his aid, helping him find jumper cables and even offering their own vehicles to jump-start his truck. Their willingness to help truly deserves 100 stars! However, I must give a 1-star rating for management. They quickly put pressure on Matthew and Taylor, insisting they either come back to work or go home. While I appreciate all the help they provided, I think it’s unfair that management doesn’t recognize the fantastic teamwork among their employees. They should treat their awesome coworkers better!

Faster service, although it is busy. Cheese-cheese tasted strange to me, didn't like it. my wife liked the green beans not in one of the entrées. everything else was good and business was clean.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this Panda Express, but the woman serving there is the worst. I believe she’s in management, and her attitude, demeanor, and energy are just unpleasant.

The 2 ladies in the front seemed overjoyed with their job. And it showed through great customer service. The young lady that fixed the plates was fast and swift!! The woman at the register seemed extremely extremely happy and thankful that we came in today. Even the crew in the back spoke to us as we paid thanking us for coming in today. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!!
