Ice's Corner - Flowood

Came into the store Saturday at 4:20pm for rolled ice cream. The family of 5, in line in front of us were told that the rolled ice cream would be an hour wait. They, of course, left. By the time someone helped us at the register, we were told that they were not doing rolled ice cream at all right now. They were only doing sundays and drinks. When I asked if they would be doing it later, she said yes, but we are trying to catch up on some things right now. In the time it has taken me to write this review, 15 people were turned away from this business for this reason. Side note, ALL customers sitting in the store were already served.

The cashier was very rude and tried to argue about something that was clearly on the menu. When i tried my boba it was too sweet, very chalky, and pearls tasted disgusting. I wanted to throw up and I had to spit it out. I’ve been there before and have had better experiences but this was terrible.

Unfortunately I been there a couple of times and their service is lacking. They never greet you when you come in and they don’t explain the ordering process you have to figure it out yourself. The rolled ice cream is just okay.

Went while passing through town. First off, there isn't enough seating at all, there are only 4 tables. Second, they did not have ANYTHING in stock. No rice, missing most of the protein choices, add ins and other choices. They also were out of basic ice cream AND Boba flavors. I had to order, re order and reorder just to get literally anything that they had in stock, wait while standing and eat in my car. Terrible experience

I recently visited Ice's Corner while staying with friends and attending a film summit, and it was my first time there. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how clean the place was. As a vegan, I wasn't sure if they offered any options for me, but thanks to one of the staff members, I discovered several vegan selections. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I also appreciated the self-checkout, which saved me time waiting in line. I ordered a vegan poke bowl, and it was delicious. The boba tea was sweet and delightful as well. I would definitely recommend checking out this spot!
